With 29 years in the Merchant Navy, including 15 as Master, Capt. Manoj Kumar brings deep leadership, discipline, and operational expertise to every venture. After successfully building a leading FMCG business, he now steers growth at PHE Industries, aiming to expand its footprint in both industrial and marine hydraulics. His mission is to drive innovation and reliability in the sector while fostering meaningful collaborations across shipping and hydraulics.

Ashwinder Singh brings over 26 years of cross-industry experience in automotive, construction equipment, and consumer durables, having worked with leading brands like JCB India, Honda, and Mercedes-Benz. With 12+ years of training expertise across Two-Wheeler, Four-Wheeler, and CE sectors, he has led technical teams and held senior roles at JCB. Now at PHE, he is committed to advancing our mission of training 100,000+ professionals in specialized hydraulics and operational excellence.

Priyansh Srivastava is an entrepreneur blending engineering precision with creative storytelling. As Head of Operations at PHE Industries, he drives growth in hydraulic systems for shipping, industrial, and construction sectors, partnering with global brands like Rexroth, Danfoss, and Eaton. He’s also one half of Garvit - Priyansh, a T-Series signed music duo known for powerful, genre-blending compositions.
